A: No. We do not offer free upgrades or refunds.

Q: I don't have a Live Account yet, do I have to buy another EA when I do get one?

A: No. Once you do get a Live Account, just provide us with the Live Account # and we will send you out another download free of charge after verifying your initial EA purchase.


Q: Can I run this EA on more than 1 Live Account?

A: No. It is coded internally to run only on the 1 Live Account number that you provided at the time of purchase.


Q: Can I trade this EA in a Demo Account?

A: Yes. It has been coded to run freely on Demo accounts so you can get familiar with it before going live. Remember to Test. Test. Test.


Q: Are the results posted here from a Live or Demo Account?

A: No. We are currently posting forward test results from demo accounts, although some of us also trade this EA live on our own personal accounts.


Q: Do you post any MT4 Strategy Tester reports for this EA?

A: No. We find that Strategy Tester reports, even with 90% modeling quality are basically useless. Forward testing is better. But unfortunately even Forward Demo testing has its limitations.


Q: Which currency pairs do you recommend?

A: We like the gbpusd and eurusd. You can also trade other pairs but be sure to always test new settings in a Demo account first before going live.


Q: What are the recommended EA settings?

A: The EA's default settings have been tested for sometime now. But you are of course free to experiment with your own settings.


Q: What chart time frame is required?

A: The EA must be placed on M5 charts to work properly. 


Q: Is there a Stop Loss setting in the EA?

A: Yes. But the value is up to each individual user to determine.


Q: Can I trade different pairs at the same time?

A: Yes. It has been coded with magic numbers to allow trading different pairs at the same time.


Q: What is the recommended minimum account size?

A: It is up to each individual trader to determine his own risk tolerance and EA settings.


Q: Does the this EA have a Money Management feature?

A: Yes. It can be set according to your own risk level.


Q: Can this EA ever lose money?

A: Yes. Any EA can lose money. There is always the danger of fast breakouts. This is the downfall of many EA's. Good Money Management is required at all times in order to reduce the risk.


Q: Can I use any Forex Broker with this particular EA?

A: Yes. As long as they support MetaTrader 4


Q: Can you recommend a Broker for live trading?

Q: Do I need to keep my computer running while using this EA?

A: Yes. In order for the EA to work it needs to be running.


Q: How do I install an EA?

A: Here are some basic instructions on how to load the EA on your MT4 Trading Platform.

Step #1- First, you have to put the Expert Advisor in a place where MetaTrader 4 will be able to use it. In most installations of MetaTrader 4 that place is C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\experts The actual Expert Advisor is a file without an icon that ends with .EX4

Step #2- Now that the Expert Advisor is in the correct location within your computer, re-start MetaTrader 4.

Step #3- When MetaTrader 4 starts up again you will now see the new Expert Advisor on the left Navigator menu after opening the Expert Advisors tab.

Step #4- Click on the new Expert Advisor and drag it onto the chart of the currency pair you are going to trade. Click on the Common tab and check Enable alerts and Allow Live Trading. Be sure to set the inputs on the Expert Advisor unless using the Default settings.

#5- Click on the Enable Expert Advisors tab above the chart. It should turn from red to green. 

#6- The Expert Advisor is ON when a smiley face is visible at top right corner of the currency chart.
